They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Project Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and delivering electrical projects for some of the most exciting and complex commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, design, and execution of electrical systems for commercial building projects.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Support procurement of materials and manage supplier and subcontractor relationships.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Provide technical guidance to on-site teams and stakeholders as required.
About You
- Proven experience in coordinating electrical projects within the commercial construction industry.
- Familiarity with electrical systems used in high-rise buildings, educational facilities, healthcare, and sports venues.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance within the construction and electrical industries.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to solve problems efficiently under pressure.
