The Role
- Lead the Estimating team to deliver high quality, timely and accurate outcomes.
- Ensure the Estimating team has the required capacity and capability to deliver against Estimating KPI’s.
- Provide the team with Training & Procedures to ensure consistent application of approved processes, procedures and templates
- Develop and analyse data to identify Cost and Margin trends and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in Team Capability, Capacity, Process & Tools
- Provide Management Reports that accurately communicate the performance of the Estimating team and how their performance is impacting on Business Margins and timeframes.
About You
- Solid experience in Senior Estimating or Estimating Management with Knockdown Rebuild Projects.
- Relevant qualifications in Building and Construction, Design and or Engineering.
- Understanding and interpreting architectural drawings, engineering drawings, soil reports and various contract documents.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Databuild and / or Beams Build.
