- Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works

- Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings
- Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently
- Intially working within a team environment as well as WFM autonomously (during COVID19)
- Gather and manage the tender documentation
- Knowledge of industry standards and prices
- Construction related degree
- Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and prices
- 2-3 Years as an Estimator on these types of jobs locally
