- A long standing and well recognised Tier 3 builder delivering Government, Community and Commercial projects
- Over 20 years of excellence across Victoria
- Innovative and driven team
- Project sizes range from 500k to $15mil
- Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works
- Detailed take-offs
- Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings
- Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently
- Intially working within a team environment as well as WFM autonomously
- Gather and manage the tender documentation
- Knowledge of industry standards and prices
- Construction related degree
- Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and prices
- 3+ Years as an Estimator on these types of jobs locally
