Builder & Project(s)
  • A long standing and well recognised Tier 3 builder delivering Government, Community and Commercial projects
  • Over 20 years of excellence across Victoria
  • Innovative and driven team
  • Project sizes range from 500k to $15mil
The Role:
  • Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works
  • Detailed take-offs
  • Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings
  • Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently
  • Intially working within a team environment as well as WFM autonomously
  • Gather and manage the tender documentation
  • Knowledge of industry standards and prices
Must Have 
  • Construction related degree 
  • Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and prices
  • 3+ Years as an Estimator on these types of jobs locally
