SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree qualified in architecture.
- min 4 years of post-grad experience
- Proficiency in Revit and Lumion a must!
- Excellent communication skills written and graphical.
- Ability to work within multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated understanding and implementation of the NCC, Australian Standards and applicable legislations.
- Proven experience and exposure to more than one stage of the project process. The blanks will be filled in correctly.
DUTIES
Reporting straight to the senior project leaders, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Design and documentation in Revit and Lumion – Both are a must.
- Be truly detail focused (test no. 1 read the ad and apply as directed: Next Step)
- Assist in the production and progressing of project documentation through all relevant stages.
- Work with project leaders to develop client briefs and responses.
- Coordinate all design concepts with project consultant teams.
- Design with sustainability in mind with regards to building form, orientation, materials, and systems.
- Constantly seek opportunity to engage and learn throughout the process. The correct attitude is key!
