Job description
I'm Currently on the search for 3 Foreman to work across finishes, services or defects on a large scale government project that would initially start on a 3-6 month contract with the view to extend longer term or permanent (if desired). These roles are due to start mid November but could be sooner/later for the right candidate.

The Builder:
  • A well-known, respected and long standing builder who are top of their field
  • Detailed new builds in Government, Institutional, Commercial and Residential projects
  • Strong client base, enabling the builder to work on some of Australia's most Exclusive and Exciting Projects
  • Projects Range from $10mil to $150mil
The Role:
  • Conducting site inductions for staff and sub-contractors
  • Managing either finishes, services trades or the completion of defects
  • Coordinate trades and deliveries on site
  • Managing the works to ensure program and quality expectations are met to minimise any defects and long term maintenance issues
  • Managing the works to reasonably ensure they are fit for purpose and compliant with relevant standards
  • Liaising with sub-contractors, internal parties and various stakeholders
  • Ensuring the project on time & budget
What We Are Looking For?
  • Demonstrable experience as a Foreman on similar projects
  • Experience on similar (preferred not essential)
  • Tier 1 or 2 experience (preferred not essential)
