Currently boasting 13 live projects with a Strong pipeline of work in 2024 - 2025 consistent of residential builds from 10 million- 40 Million. With a strong presence in the inner south east (10 live projects) they are after top carpenters in the region to join their team.
About the Role: High-End Residential Carpenter
As a High-End Residential Carpenter, you'll be at the forefront of crafting exceptional living spaces. From new builds that embody innovation to renovations that celebrate tradition, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping homes that reflect the unique aspirations of our clients. Assisting the site manager and taking some of the pressure off.

About the Role: High-End Residential Carpenter
As a High-End Residential Carpenter, you'll be at the forefront of crafting exceptional living spaces. Assisting the site manager and taking some of the pressure off.
Duties of the Role:
- Meticulous Woodworking: Create, assemble, and install high-quality wooden structures, furnishings, and features with exceptional attention to detail.
- New Build: Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to translate blueprints into tangible masterpieces, ensuring precision in every cut and joint.
- Finishing Excellence: Apply expert-level finishing techniques, ensuring surfaces are flawlessly smooth, polished, and ready to enchant.
- Customization: Craft bespoke carpentry solutions tailored to each client's preferences, lifestyle, and functional requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work with a team of skilled tradesman and professionals to execute projects on time and to the highest standards.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize an array of tools and equipment with finesse, showcasing your technical prowess in every task.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with clients and team members to ensure project objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
- At least 4 years post qualification experience
- Experience in High End Architecrtual is a must
- Ideally expereince in builds over 5 million dollars in value
- Cert 3 in Carpentry
- Own tools and Vehicle
