I am currently seeking a dedicated Leading Hand to support the current Site Manager and ensure the successful execution of this large commercial fitout in Rockhampton.
About the Role:
In this key position, you will act as the right-hand person to the Site Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to manage select trades while maintaining a strong focus on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). You will conduct site walks and inspections, lead inductions, and facilitate toolbox safety talks to foster a culture of safety on-site.
