We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise the maintenance team. This role is responsible for ensuring all equipment, machinery, and systems are well-maintained and working properly. The Maintenance Supervisor will also oversee maintenance staff and handle daily maintenance tasks.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise the maintenance team. This role is responsible for ensuring all equipment, machinery, and systems are well-maintained and working properly. The Maintenance Supervisor will also oversee maintenance staff and handle daily maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule and assign maintenance tasks to staff.
- Plant Maintenance; overlooking a tam of Fitter/Turners
- Keep track of maintenance records and plan preventive maintenance.
- Ensure all work is done safely and according to regulations.
- Train and support maintenance staff.
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies.
- Work with other departments to plan and manage improvement projects.
- Help manage the maintenance budget.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations and multitask.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance management software.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment when needed.
