THE ROLE
This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to make their mark in the marketing realm. Here's what you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Create captivating content, including ads, brochures, website content, and social media posts
- Coordinate photography and videography projects to showcase our services and projects
- Drive engagement and growth on social media platforms to expand our online presence
- Plan and organise company events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives
- Oversee and manage the efforts of the marketing team (offshore)
ABOUT YOU
- You have a qualification or degree in Marketing and a genuine passion for the construction industry
- You have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role
- You have excellent interpersonal skills alongside the ability to easily build rapport
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality marketing materials and campaigns
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
