THE JOB
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the repairs division, managing a team to deliver top-quality service. You will play a key role in ensuring high standards in safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all projects. This role involves maintaining strong client and team relationships, coaching staff, and driving process improvements to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end operations of the repairs team, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive a positive culture focused on solutions and continuous improvement
- Lead and coach staff, handling performance and development
- Ensure timely reporting and updates on projects, KPIs, and compliance with policies
- Oversee project margins and defect management to meet business objectives
- Deliver high standards of customer service aligned with company values
ABOUT YOU
- 5-10+ years of senior management experience in the construction or property sector
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in managing site delivery models
- Knowledge of OH&S and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on process improvement
