SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree qualified in architecture.
- min 8 years of post-grad experience and be registered in Australia.
- Proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication skills written and graphical.
- Ability to work within multi-disciplinary team.
- High attention to detail
- Proven ability in leading projects across all stages.
- Experience leading others.
DUTIES
Reporting straight to the senior management, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Progressing projects from client brief through to completion.
- Be outward and inward facing with all parties involved with the project.
- Establish project brief and budget to obtain endorsement by a client and other interested parties and to meet contractual agreements throughout the course of the project
- Work with the team to create an architectural design through the exercise of knowledge, imagination, judgement, and professional responsibility, working independently and in collaboration with others
- Ensure that the team fulfils the commitments that the company has made to its clients through the design, documentation, and administration of the building contract
- Design with sustainability in mind with regards to building form, orientation, materials, and systems
