Position: Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager – Land Development
Location: South Australia, Adelaide
Salary: 110K - 140K + Super
An opportunity for a senior project engineer / project manager across the land development industry to join a privately owned construction company over Australia is currently available. With serval projects with local government, authorities and private developers underway a role has been created at the demand of the Client to manage a portfolio of 3 major packages of work that will require extensive leadership, coordination and communication skills to successfully engage and guide major project delivery teams, whilst working with closely with end clients and contractors.
You will coordinate and provide a technical overview to both local and remote design consultants and subcontractors teams on large-size projects, as well as manage the client relationships on your projects. You will take the projects from feasibility, concept, detailed design and handover.
