The role
What our client is looking for:
Senior Estimator Experience: You will have 5 years of Estimating experience within Commercial Construction in Australia. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in construction estimating. Your expertise will be pivotal in accurately assessing project costs and ensuring the success of our diverse range of projects.
Precision and Detail Orientation: The ability to meticulously analyse project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates is crucial. Bring your keen attention to detail and precision to contribute to our commitment to excellence.

The role
- Managing a team of 4-5 Estimators
- Prepare project cost estimates from drawings, outlines, or specs.
- Responsible for bringing in commercial projects from $30,000,000 - $150,000,000
- Attend pre-bid meetings.
- Determine scope of works
- Request bids from subcontractors
- Negotiate with materials suppliers
