Key Responsibilities:
- Lead estimating for new residential projects, specifically first-time buyer homes
- Use initiative to help set up and streamline estimating processes and workflows
- Work with key stakeholders to manage budgets, timelines, and material costs
- Utilize DataBuild software to create accurate and detailed cost estimates
- Provide leadership and mentorship as you help build and develop a growing team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Estimator in the building industry
- Local experience in Victoria, with a deep understanding of the local market
- Proficiency in DataBuild software is a must
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive the development of processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for growing with a start-up company and helping build a team
