Job description
A major builder working across the commercial building industry in Melbourne is seeking a Building Services Manager to oversee the successful delivery of MEPF services to it's new build portfolio of projects.
Projects include commercial and mixed-use towers, sports facilities, student accommodation and large-scale industrial works.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the MEPF component of each project is delivered safely, according to design specs and in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for:
- Procuring relevant, competent subcontractors to deliver the works
- Liaising with and managing subcontractor progress on site
- Management and mentoring of junior members of the services team
- Actively work to ensure cost effective, cutting edge solutions are being utilised
- Manage subcontractor claims and variations
- Reporting on progress monthly
- Working with the site and project management teams, consultants, commissioning teams and clients to achieve a successful, cost-effective outcome.
