Job description
A major builder working across the commercial building industry in Melbourne is seeking a Building Services Manager to oversee the successful delivery of MEPF services to it's new build portfolio of projects.
Projects revolve heavily around hospitals, educational buildings, labs and other critical environments and as such, the successful candidate will need demonstrable experience in delivering services packages to hospitals, labs, data centres etc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the MEPF component of each project is delivered safely, according to design specs and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for procuring relevant, competent subcontractors to deliver the works, liaising with and managing their progress on site, reporting on their progress and working with the site and project management teams, consultants, commissioning teams and clients to achieve a successful, cost-effective outcome.
