Job description
The Opportunity
  • National tier 2 company with a history spanning decades with exceptional pedigree – multiple awards from the AIB and MBA
  • Fantastic project portfolio of high spec builds for diverse clients public and private clientele – typically in the $50m-$100m range
  • Newly awarded $60m Melbourned CBD fitout project – program to early 2026.
  • You will be part of a 4 person site management team with additional support from Site and Project Engineers,
 
Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
  • Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
  • Working closely with the Project Manager and Site/Project Engineers managing the construction program and ensuring works are delivered to quality standards
  • Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
 
Experience/Qualifications:
  • A stable track record in supervision of commercial construction projecs.
  • Certificate III or IV in OHS
  • An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
  • Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
  • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
