Job description
The Opportunity
  • A up and coming company who have quickly established a great reputation of high quality builds to $5m for repeat clients.
  • Seeking an SM with strong management skills, good OH&S knowledge and track record in systems to be part of the rowth
  • You will be overseeing one of these upcoming projects: $3m retail refurb for a repeat client OR $2m high spec recording studio extension/renovation OR $4m bulky goods retail project.
 
Your Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
  • Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
  • Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
  • Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
 
 
Experience/Qualifications:
  • A stable track record of employment with a trade grounding in carpentry and experience on commercial projects or high end residential with commercial building elements
  • An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
  • Exposure in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, 1Breadcrumb, Procore would be benefical
  • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
