The Opportunity
A highly respected commercial construction company with strong history in Melbourne
Lead a $5m childcare centre – Yarra Valley/Dandenong Ranges
Greenfield project – in ground services, new build and medium grade finishes.
Your Responsibilities
Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
Experience/Qualifications:
A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects with new build experience imperative
Certificate III or IV in OHS
An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
