We are currently looking for 2 x Trade Assistants in a Factory Setting to assist in assembling large switchboards ( No experience necessary ) with guidance and training.The Ideal candidate will come from an electrical or fabrication background.

About the Role:
We are currently looking for 2 x Trade Assistants in a Factory Setting to assist in assembling large switchboards ( No experience necessary ) with guidance and training.The Ideal candidate will come from an electrical or fabrication background.
Duties Include:
- Using Power tools for assembly work
- Cutting materials ( sheet metal ) to the right dimensions
- Unloading materials from factory deliveries
- Working in a team to assemble 2-3 Meter switchboards.
- Wiring panels
- Factory Clean Up
- Factory location Braeside
- Alternatively we have Site Based - Trade Assistant roles on Construction sites and Civil Projects.
- Good Hourly Rate
- RDO every 2nd Monday - ( Work a 76 Hour Fortnight )
- Overtime on Offer
- Free Parking On-Site
- Work in a team environment
- Be familiar and comfortable working in a factory environment
- An ability to work with battery and hand tools
- Work in a team and autonomously
- Adhere to on-site safe work systems
