THE ROLE

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for customers’ installation & maintenance needs. Your role will involve efficiently scheduling and coordinating skilled electricians, ensuring customer requirements are met smoothly and promptly. This role is perfect for someone with a trade background who’s looking to transition into an office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage maintenance jobs from start to finish
  • Maintain ongoing communication with electricians to coordinate and monitor job progress
  • Update customers on job statuses and resolve queries
  • Prepare job sheets and manage the customer database
  • Assist with project management for larger jobs
  • Handle customer contracts and process invoices
  • General office administration and customer service

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a similar role within the Building & Construction industry, ideally Building Services (Electrical, Plumbing or HVAC)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with scheduling software highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking, prioritising, and influencing abilities
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality
  • A trade background is highly desirable, ideally suited for someone transitioning from on-site work to an office role
