Responsibilities:
- Draft commercial sub-contractor agreements and scope of works.
- Assist in financial administration including cost control, budgeting, forecasting.
- Subcontractor claim reviews and negotiations.
- Ensure progress claims, EOT’s, and variations are in line with contractual agreements.
- Liaise with client and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- BSc Construction Management OR Similar Industry Qualification
- Experience working on commercial building or fit out projects in WA
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Time management and organisational skills
- Right to work in Australia and currently living in WA.
