THE COMPANY

  • Fantastic project portfolio of high spec builds for diverse clients – health, education (independents, VSBA and tertiary institutions) , federal & state government and other social infrastructure developments.
  • Several projects in the $50m-$100m underway & additional projects in ECI - they are seeking a Senior CA to lead a key project and additional intermediate CA to bolster the team for 2025.
  • Multiple career paths available – progression to Contracts Manager or Project Manager
  • Different business units where you can diversify you experience if desired.
 
THE ROLES
  • Intermediate and Senior CA role available.
  • Project teams typically comprise senior level CA with additional intermediate CA support (depending upon project scale), dedicated SE/PE’s to deal with technically complex trades and work interfaces and your typical SM and Site Supervisor team.
  • Site based roles though you can operate from head office in a hybrid arrangement if desired.
  • Upcoming projects are all centrally located
  • Tertiary qualifications with stable career history a must – demonstrated experience working within a head contract environment within Australia is essential.
 
THE DUTIES
  • Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
  • Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
  • Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
  • Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
  • Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
  • Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
