We are currently recruiting for a Surveying Engineer for my client who is experienced in providing solutions for medium and large scale civil and landscape projects . Ensuring high quality surveying solutions and successful on time delivery.
The Engineering Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys, providing data for engineering and construction projects, and ensuring the accuracy of measurements for design, layout, and construction processes. The role involves working closely with engineering teams, contractors, and clients to deliver quality surveys

The Engineering Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys, providing data for engineering and construction projects, and ensuring the accuracy of measurements for design, layout, and construction processes. The role involves working closely with engineering teams, contractors, and clients to deliver quality surveys
Responsibilities:
- Field Surveys: Perform a wide range of surveys including topographical, boundary, construction, and engineering surveys using modern surveying instruments (e.g., total stations, GPS systems, laser scanners).
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyse survey data to ensure precision and accuracy. Interpret the results of surveys to prepare maps, drawings, and reports.
- Site Setup: Prepare equipment and setup survey points and control networks on-site. Ensure all necessary data is gathered for effective design and construction processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with civil engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers to understand project requirements and provide the necessary survey data.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all surveying work complies with legal, safety, and environmental standards. Check for consistency and accuracy in surveying data and documentation.
- Report Preparation: Create detailed survey reports, drawings, and presentations for stakeholders, including clients, engineering teams, and regulatory bodies.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficient with surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GNSS systems, drones, laser scanners).
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, blueprints, and site plans.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to provide highly accurate survey data and reports.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges during survey operations.
