Job description
We're currently on the search for an Estimator on a contract basis until Christmas working with a National Builder - The role has a strong potential to roll in to something permanent (if desired)

Builder & Project(s)
  • A long standing and well recognised builder delivering a broad range of projects across Government, Residential, Health and Commercial projects
  • 20 years of excellence across Australia
  • Innovative and driven team(s)
  • Project sizes range from $1mil to $150mil
The Role:
  • Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works
  • Detailed take-offs
  • Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings
  • Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently
  • Initially working within a team environment as well as WFM autonomously (during COVID19)
  • Gather and manage the tender documentation
  • Knowledge of industry standards and prices
Must Have 
  • Construction related degree 
  • Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and prices
  • 4+ Years as an Estimator pricing commercial projects locally
