Job Description: We're looking for a skilled CNC Laser Operator to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be setting up and operating CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish materials precisely as per specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines for cutting, drilling, and shaping materials.
  • Interpret technical drawings and work orders to determine machine settings and specifications.
  • Ensure machines are calibrated and adjusted correctly for accurate cuts and shapes.
  • Monitor machine operations and inspect finished products for quality assurance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with CNC equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CNC Laser Operator or similar role in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CNC machinery operation, specifically laser cutting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in CNC operations.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or formal training in CNC operation
  • Familiarity with materials commonly used in sheet metal work
