THE ROLE
As the Office Manager, you’ll take charge of office operations while providing high-level support to one of the directors. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing diary, inbox, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Handling correspondence, including drafting and editing documents.
- Coordinating team events and fostering a positive office culture.
- Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
- Assisting with HR-related tasks such as onboarding and compliance.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in office management or as an EA/PA.
- MUST have experience in the Construction, Electrical Contracting & related industries.
- Excellent organisational skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
