THE ROLE
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing support across all facets of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Supporting managers with performance management, employee relations, and development initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
  • Contributing to health, safety, and wellbeing programs
  • Assisting in workforce planning and talent management
  • Driving HR projects focused on process improvement and employee engagement

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 1-3 years’ experience in HR within the construction or architecture industries (preferred)
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and industry awards
  • A proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
