The Opportunity
  • A highly respected company with a history spanning decades who work on projects to $10m -$30m range, with occasionally larger scale projects.
  • Clients include Education (VSBA, Catholic, Independent), Aged Care, Health, Industrial/Retail and selected social infrastructure projects.
  • A builder with their worked secured for 2025 with additional growth assured.

  • Budget Management
  • Subcontractor and Supplier Negotiation
  • Team Leadership
  • Contract Management
  • Risk Management
  • Contractor Communications
  • Site Team Management
  • Progress Reporting
  • Client Relations
 
Experience/Qualifications:
  • A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction projects in excess of $10m– D&C experience would be advantageous but not esstnial
  • Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
  • Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills
  • The ability to manage and mentor your project team (SM, CA and PC)
