We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for my client who is an experienced and dedicated team focusing on commercial and community landscape construction.
My client offer specialised landscape construction and maintenance services across Victoria. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various landscape construction projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple commercial and community landscape construction projects, including wetland areas, parks, and playgrounds.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage risk and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication.
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and budgets.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in project management within landscape construction, preferably with a focus on wetland restoration, parks, or playgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, construction methods, and environmental regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for creating sustainable and meaningful landscapes that benefit communities and the environment.
