Lead projects and teams while reporting to senior management, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Lead the process across all stages of projects effectively and efficiently.
- Liaise and manage clients and stakeholders
- Review and manage teams output.
- Assist when needed on the preparation of project documentation packages at any stage.
- Manage and lead consultant coordination in both design and documentation stages.
- Be a people person who represents the practice with integrity in all dealings.
A successful candidate will possess the following;
- Min 5+ years post registration in Australia.
- Education project experience is a must.
- Strong Revit ability.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
- Natural enthusiasm for design and outstanding project outcomes.
- Strong ability to drive and manage teams and projects.
- Willingness to jump in and take initiative
- Mentor younger staff.
