The Role
- Quantifying materials and labour required on each job
- Performing details BOQs and quantity take offs
- Maintain price files within estimating software
- Ensure all tenders, contracts and variations are accurately completed
- Investigate and resolve issues to produce price quotations
- Obtaining quotes and pricing from suppliers and maintaining registers
- Working closely with internal departments
About You
- Must have Sales Estimating experience with Basement / Custom Homes.
- Relevant qualifications in Building and Construction, Design and or Engineering.
- Understanding and interpreting architectural drawings, engineering drawings, soil reports and various contract documents.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Databuild
