Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee the delivery of large-scale civil infrastructure projects, including landfill remediation, bulk earthworks, pavement construction, drainage, and bridgeworks.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of landfill cell construction, leachate systems, and CGL/HDPE liner installation to ensure the highest standards of environmental compliance and project execution.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers and subcontractors to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, TMR representatives, and other key stakeholders to ensure project alignment with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
  • Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure all construction activities meet industry standards and project specifications.

Key Requirements:
  • Qualification: Degree-qualified Civil Engineer.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years’ post-graduate experience as a Project Engineer or 4 years in a Senior Project Engineer role.
  • Technical Skills: Proven expertise in bulk earthworks, pavement construction, drainage, asphalt, and bridges.
  • Landfill Experience: Hands-on experience with landfill cell construction, leachate systems, and CGL or HDPE liner installation is essential.
  • TMR Experience: Demonstrated experience on TMR or major infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
