Job description
The Opportunities
  • #1 - A highly respected company with a history spanning decades delivering high spec apartments, mixed use, and commercial projects. $40m+ build, Pkg to $240k
  • #2 – An up an coming commercial builder – mixed projects to $5m. First project will be $4m university refurb or $3m council redevelopment. Pkg to $160k
Your Responsibilities
 
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
  • Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
  • Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
  • Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
  • Overseeing and coordinating your site team
 
 
Experience/Qualifications:
  • A stable track record in supervision of medium rise commercial or apartment projects for #1, for #2 a track record on new build and refurb fitout projects in the tier 3 sector - local experience in Melbourne is a must
  • Certificate III or IV in OHS
  • An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
  • Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
  • Tower crane experience a must for role #1, live environment experience and outstanding client management skills a must for role #2.
  • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
