The Company:
My client is a highly regarded commercial builder with over a decade of experience operating in the Perth Metro and South West region with a busy pipeline of confirmed projects in the Busselton and Dunsborough area.
Due to some success in recent tenders, we are assisting in searching for an experienced Site Manager who has demonstrated the ability & experience to run a tilt-panel $10m+ construction site from inception to handover.
The project will start on site in December however we can accommodate a start date later in January 2025.

Due to some success in recent tenders, we are assisting in searching for an experienced Site Manager who has demonstrated the ability & experience to run a tilt-panel $10m+ construction site from inception to handover.
The project will start on site in December however we can accommodate a start date later in January 2025.
Position Perks:
- Up to $180k total package, depending on previous experience.
- Monday to Friday’s, very occaisonal Saturday may be required.
- Family friendly hours 7am – 4pm.
- Fully maintained ute and fuel card provided.
- Newly awarded $10m tilt panel retail build.
- Loyal base of reliable and quality sub-contractors in the South West.
- Down to earth senior management team.
- Experienced project team and leading hand to support on site.
Role Requirements:
- Carpenter/Joiner trade certificate or relevant industry qualification.
- Experience running tilt panel WA commercial construction sites over $10m from inception through to handover.
- Solid understanding of Australian building practises and regulations.
- Proven Health & Safety record and current First Aid training.
- Local to the South West Region.
- Keen eye for detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to effectively liaise with consultants, contractors, and other key project stakeholders.
- Proven experience driving sub-contractor performance on site to achieve project deadlines.
- Australian Permanent Residents only.
