Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standards. This role requires someone with exceptional organisation and communication skills who can manage multiple stakeholders and maintain excellent working relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inductions & OH&S: Oversee all site inductions and manage onsite OH&S to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and contractors.
- Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain a fortnightly project schedule, coordinate with trades, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for centre management, retail stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear, professional communication and timely updates.
- Project Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project time lines, quality, and safety standards, making adjustments as necessary to deliver successful outcomes.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager in the commercial fitout market
- Strong understanding of OH&S protocols and experience conducting site inductions
- Proven experience with scheduling and managing trades
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with high-level stakeholders
