My client is a well-respected WA owned and operated mid-tier commercial builder with over a decade of operating in the market focusing on private & government projects up to $30m.
Due to an increase in workflow from repeat clients and success at tendering they are looking to expand their established team to keep up with the additional demand. This commercial builder is very well-resourced and boasts excellent tenure within the company, and as such opportunities to join the team do not come around often!

Position Perks
- Monday to Friday’s, no weekends.
- Family friendly hours 7am – 4pm.
- Maintained ute and fuel card provided.
- Work on newly awarded project.
- Loyal base of quality sub-contractors.
- Down to earth senior management team with regular fun team building events.
Role Requirements
- Carpenter/Joiner trade qualification.
- Experience running commercial new build sites over $10m from start to finish.
- Proven Health & Safety record, and up to date First Aid training.
- Keen eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to effectively liaise with consultants, contractors, and other key project stakeholders.
- Proven experience driving sub-contractor performance on site to achieve project deadlines.
