Fetch is currently recruiting a contract Site Manager for a leading provider of construction and fitout services specializing in the healthcare sector. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the fitout of medical facilities for a contract role running up until end of the year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in healthcare environments, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of medical fitout projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets design specifications and industry standards.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or delays promptly, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial or healthcare fitout projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
