Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of medical fitout projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets design specifications and industry standards.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or delays promptly, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial or healthcare fitout projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
