Site Supervisor - Fit Out

The Company: 

Well established commercial construction & fit out builder operating in Perth for over 30 years. Specialising in high-specification fit outs with blue-chip billion-dollar clients in the CBD. 

Privately owned and one of the leading fit out companies in WA with a annual turnover of over $100m and an established team of 50+ dedicated employees. 

Whilst fit out projects are a key part of the business, the company has proven experience tackling complex construction projects and are targeting similar projects in the future. 

The Requirements: 

• Carpentry, BSc Construction Management, Engineering, or similar industry qualification 

• Experience working for a head building contractor on projects over $500k.

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and drive on-site performance. 

• Use of Procore software desired but not essential 

• Ensure site safety and on-site works are carried out in a safe manner.

• Oversee construction program and adhere to drawings & specifications, & QA.

• Current first aid certification 

• Australian construction experience is essential.

• Current resident of WA. Overseas applications will not be considered at this time.
