THE ROLE
As the L&D Admin, you'll be crucial in supporting our learning initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing and configuring our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Conducting data analytics and creating insightful reports
- Coordinating L&D programs, including venue bookings and attendee management
- Supporting the broader L&D team with administrative tasks
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as an LMS administrator (Litmos experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong background in Learning & Development, not just general HR admin
- Excellent Excel skills and data reporting experience
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Great communication skills and a proactive attitude
